How to generate a document?

Once the integration to Document360/Azure Storage Account is complete and a Service Principal for an Azure Subscription is configured, technical documentation for the subscription can be initiated.

To initiate document generation, please follow:

a. Navigate to CloudDocs in Serverless360.
b. Click on the Azure tab.
c. Your configured document will appear in this section along with a Generate icon, click on it.
d. In the Generate Document widget, choose a date range and click on the Generate button.

Click on Add Document Configuration, to add more Service Principals and generate documents for as many Azure Subscriptions.

CloudDocs provides three different date range options to generate documentation. By default, last 7 days is selected.

  1. Last 7 days- This generates a document on your Azure subscription with billing and metrics for the last 7 days.
  2. Last 30 Days- This generates a document on your Azure subscription with billing and metrics for the last 30 days.
  3. Custom- This generates a document on your Azure subscription with billing and metrics for the customized date range you provide with.

Information on the current active publish platform is also displayed so that the user is clear on the destination platform of the generated document.
