Azure Documenter User Activities

Introduction
The User activities option is a new addition to the Azure Documenter product as part of the implementation of Governance and Audit across the entire Serverless product.
Customers can now stay informed about the overall management of their Serverless accounts. Every action taken by a user is recorded and can be viewed in the appropriate activity section.
The following log categories are recorded in the Azure Documenter User activities:
- Document Configurations
- Compliance
- Diagrams
- General
- Service Principal Management
- User Management
Document Configurations
Document configuration management category of user log displays all the logs related to the operations that can be carried out with respect to a Document configuration.
The following activities are recorded in the log:
- Creating a Document configuration
- Updating an existing configuration
- Deleting a Document configuration
- Generating a Document configuration
- Scheduling a Document configuration
An individual configuration's user activity logs can also be viewed by selecting the User activities option from the Actions dropdown of the desired Document configuration to see the logged activities for that configuration.
Compliance
Compliance category of user log displays all the logs related to the operations that can be carried out with respect to the Compliance feature.
The following activities are recorded in the log:
- Creating an Initiative
- Editing an exisiting Initiative
- Deleting an Initiative
- Creating a Policy
- Editing an exisiting Policy
- Deleting a Policy
- Assigning an Initiative
- Editing an exisiting Assigned Initiative
- Deleting an Assigned Initiative
- Assigning a Policy
- Editing an exisiting Assigned Policy
- Deleting an Assigned Policy
Diagrams
Diagrams category of user log displays all the logs related to the operations that can be carried out with respect to an Azure architecture diagram.
The following activities are recorded in the log:
- Creating a Diagram
- Updating a Diagram
- Deleting a Diagram
General
The General category of user logs contains all logs related to operations that can be performed at the global level of the Azure Documenter product other than configuration management.
The following activities are recorded in the log with respect to the General category:
- Adding a Storage account
- Updating an existing Storage account
- Deleting a Storage account
- Adding a Document360 Project
- Updating an existing Document360 Project
- Deleting a Document360 Project
Service Principal management
Service Principal management category of user log displays all the logs related to the operations that can be carried out with respect to a Service principal.
The following activities are recorded in the log:
- Adding a Service Principal
- Updating an existing Service Principal
- Deleting a Service Principal
User Management
The following activities are recorded in the log with respect to User Management:
- Adding a new user / group
- Updating user permissions
- Removing an existing user / group
- Adding a new role
- Updating an existing role
- Deleting a role
