Introduction
Business Activity Monitoring allows users to assign transaction instances to track and take corrective actions, which can be accessed in a tab called Assigned Transactions.
User Assignment
- Users can assign transaction instances to a different user by using Assign for Reprocessing option available in the context menu of the respective transaction instances. Self-assignment is also possible.
- A mail will be sent to the assigned user upon a successful assignment along with an optional intimation message provided during the assignment.
- Once assigned, all those transaction instances will be listed in the Assigned Transactions tab along with the assignment details in a tooltip.
- Multiple transaction instances can also be assigned to users with the help of Assign user button.
- When assigned transactions are reprocessed from the Assigned Transactions tab, the profile icon for those instances turns green, representing that an action has been taken on those instances.
- Users can also reassign the transaction instance to another user at any time by selecting Reassign user from the Assigned Transactions tab.
- The Remove user option can be used to remove user assignments.
Execute a Query
The Assigned Transactions tab allows users to execute a query to view all transactions assigned to a specific user.
The query format to execute a query for assigned transactions is as follows:
- AssignedTo = "me"
- AssignedTo = "mail_id"
Added information
- User assignment activities can only be performed by users who have Reprocessing access for transactions in the Tracking section during role assignment.
- The intimation mail is not sent to the user when a transaction instance is self-assigned.
